HwC INTERVIEWS
HwC Interview with Jeff
Hardy:
Interviewed by: Good Ol’
Jim Ross
JR: Ladies and Gentlemen, I’m here with rising HwC Superstar, Jeff Hardy. Tonight
I’ll be getting an in depth and exclusive interview with Mr. eXtreme himself. Jeff, my first question for you tonight
is simple. What made you decide to go into wrestling?
Jeff Hardy: Well I used to watch wrestling all the time
as a child. Ever since my first viewing of WWE Raw I’ve wanted to wrestle. My brother Matt and I even created our own
backyard wrestling federation, Omega.
JR: Who did you look up to or admire in wrestling when you were a little kid?
Jeff Hardy: There’s two wrestlers I used to look up to, really. Hulk Hogan, of course,
because he’s the innovator of what wrestling is today. You can’t talk about wrestling and not talk about Hulk
Hogan. The other person I looked up to was Sting. He was just amazing.
JR: Do you feel you take after any wrestler in the sense of wrestling style?
Jeff Hardy: Myself and AJ Styles have a lot in common, because we both wrestle at high risk, but I would probably
have to say Sabu is the one wrestler I take after the most.
JR: What championship do you wish to gain first here in HwC?
Jeff Hardy: The first Title I want is the World Championship. I may be young and inexperienced,
and most of the other wrestlers may be older than I am, but I’m fresh, and I yearn for the championship. I’m hungry
for gold…believe me, I will get that world championship belt.
JR: Who would you consider teaming up with in HwC, if any?
Jeff Hardy: If I would team up with anyone here in this
federation, it would have to be someone that is like a brother to me. That person would have to be AJ Styles.
JR: What wrestler would you want to compete against the most here in HwC?
Jeff Hardy: I would have to say the “extreme wannabe”, Rob Van Dam. He’s way
past his prime, and it’s time for someone to put him in his place.
JR: How do you feel about the newly crowned U.S. Champion, AJ Styles?
Jeff Hardy: He and I had a good match last week, and
he really showed me a lot. I think he’ll be the champ for a long time. It’ll be a while before someone puts up
as tough a fight as AJ can.
JR: What about REvolution?
Jeff Hardy: REvolution? They’re just a bunch of punks that think they own this federation.
If AJ and me were to team up, we could take them easily. REvolution wouldn’t have nothin’ on Team eXtreme. AJ,
if you want to be my partner, me and you could take out REvolution. Batista is just an overgrown ape, and Randy Orton is a
conceited Bitch!
JR: How about D-Generation X and Raven’s Flock?
Jeff Hardy: D-Generation X is a joke. Triple H is just an old man who can stand to be without
a title, and his manager chyna is just a big bulk of testosterone with implants. As for Shawn Michaels, he’s just a
charismatic punk. Now Raven’s Flock, on the other hand, is a pretty good team. That is, unless AJ and I team up.
JR: My last question for tonight, Jeff, is this. Do you feel you have what it takes to
withstand the 17 other competitors in the Royal Rumble and come out victorious with the World Heavyweight Championship?
Jeff Hardy: Let me tell you something, J.R. I’m Jeff Hardy. I can withstand anything in
my path. I don’t care who I have to throw over the top rope, I will do anything that it takes to become the world champion.
The only person that might be possible threat is Goldberg, and I’ll get throw him out of the ring without blinking.
And Rob Van Dam, you better stay out of my way!
JR: Well, there you have it, folks. Some intense words from the “only hope for the
future”, Jeff Hardy. I’ll see you next time with more HwC Interviews!
